Welcome to HushDay. We are committed to providing our members (“you”) with an exclusive and seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to read these Terms of Service carefully.
The website https://www.hushday.com/ and its associated applications (collectively referred to as the “Website”) are owned and operated by Hushday trading LLC, trading as Hushday, limited liability company duly organized under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the Commercial License number 1487927, whose registered address is at P.O. Box 30069, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and whose paid up share capital is 200,000,000.00 United Emirates Arabic Dirhams (“Hushday”, “us”, “we”, “our”).Hushday is a private e-commerce platform for fashion enthusiasts, accessible via referral or invitation only.
By using our Website or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website and the products and services offered through it.
Eligibility
Hushday is a private, members-only e-commerce platform. While we aim to provide a premium experience to all invited members, access to and use of the Website is restricted to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age;
- Have received a referral code or been accepted through the Hushday waiting list;
- Are able to lawfully make purchases using one of the accepted payment methods on our platform;
- Can enter into legally binding contracts and agree to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to deny membership or suspend access if we believe a user does not meet these eligibility requirements or is misusing the platform.

Prohibition on Commercial Use
Hushday is curated for personal, non-commercial use only. The Website, products, and services offered are designed exclusively for individual consumers, not for resale or commercial exploitation.
We expressly prohibit the use of the Website for any commercial purposes, including bulk buying, resale, or unauthorized redistribution of our products. We monitor order behavior and reserve the right to decline or cancel any Order that we believe is intended for commercial use, including Orders of unusual quantities or repeated purchases of high-demand items.
Violation of this policy may result in the suspension of your account, cancellation of current or future Orders, and potential legal action.
Eligibility
By placing an Order on Hushday, you are offering to purchase one or more items at the price displayed, along with any applicable charges including delivery fees, import duties, and taxes.
Here’s how the Order process works:
- Order Confirmation: Upon submitting your Order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This email does not constitute formal acceptance of your Order.
- Order Acceptance: Due to the limited quantities and time-sensitive nature of our flash sales, your Order will only be confirmed once you receive a notification from Hushday stating that it has been processed and/or dispatched for delivery. While we do our best to fulfill every Order, there may be rare instances where an item becomes unavailable after purchase. In such cases, you will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Order Rejection: We reserve the right to reject or cancel Orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to pricing or product listing errors; technical issues affecting the Website or checkout; failed payment processing; eligibility concerns; suspected fraud or breach of the commercial use policy; shipping restrictions to your region; stock limitations or product unavailability.
No individual, affiliate, or third-party other than Hushday is authorized to accept or confirm Orders on our behalf.
Stock Availability
Due to the exclusive and curated nature of our collections, items added to your basket on Hushday are reserved for no longer than 20 minutes or until your Order has been fully paid for and officially accepted by us.
While our Website may display the availability status of products in real time, this information is only indicative and subject to change. Given the high demand for limited-edition and exclusive pieces, inventory can update rapidly, and an item marked as “in stock” at the time of adding it to your basket may become unavailable by the time you proceed to checkout.
In the event that a selected item is no longer available at the time of processing your Order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible; your payment for the unavailable item(s) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method; any remaining items in your Order will be processed and shipped accordingly.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to complete your purchase promptly to avoid disappointment, especially for high-demand or limited-stock products.
Cancellation and Changes
At Hushday, we understand that preferences can change. While we aim to offer flexibility where possible, please note that orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. This includes changes to size, color, quantity, shipping address, or payment method. However, you may cancel your Order within 48 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been marked as “Processed” in your Hushday account or confirmation email.

Prices
All product prices displayed on the Hushday Website are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) by default. Prices reflect the value of each item at the time of viewing but do not include additional service fees, shipping costs, or duties and taxes, which may apply if you are based out of the United Arab Emirates.
Additional Charges
The total cost of your Order will be calculated during checkout and will depend on the delivery address provided, the items and services you select, the delivery method chosen.
Applicable delivery fees, duties, and any optional service charges will be itemized and added to the final Order summary before you complete your purchase. For more details, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery section.
However, you may still return eligible items once received by following our Returns Policy. If you wish to purchase alternate items, you are welcome to place a new Order at any time.

Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes
Hushday offers exclusive promotions to reward and engage our community. These may include personal discount codes, referral rewards, birthday perks, and loyalty incentives, each subject to specific terms outlined below or communicated with each offer.
General Use of Promotional Codes
- Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.
- They are valid for a limited time and may be subject to a minimum purchase threshold.
- Codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers or sale items, unless explicitly stated.
- Some product categories or brands may be excluded, including limited-edition items, fine jewelry, or third-party designer collaborations.
If a code is applied to an ineligible item, no discount will appear at checkout.
Referral-Based Discounts
Members may receive special referral codes to share with friends and acquaintances. When a new member joins and places their first Order using your referral code, they receive an exclusive welcome offer, and you receive a reward, typically in the form of a discount code. You can find your active referral code and any earned discounts by logging into your profile and visiting the “Referral” section under your account dashboard.
Referral codes must be shared in good faith. Misuse or public distribution (e.g., on forums or deal sites) may result in disqualification from the referral program and cancellation of associated rewards. Discount codes are valid for up to 1 year, single-use, and cannot be combined with other codes.
Birthday Rewards
As part of your membership, Hushday may surprise you with a birthday-exclusive promotion or gift. Eligibility requires a valid date of birth on file at least 30 days prior to your birthday. Keep your profile complete and up to date to ensure you don’t miss out on exclusive offers, tailored surprises and benefits. Offers are sent via email or made available in your account. Rewards are valid for a limited time and may have usage restrictions or a minimum spend.
Loyalty-Based Incentives
To thank our most loyal members, Hushday may offer tier-based benefits, including early access to private drops and limited collections, tier-specific promotional codes, and seasonal reward campaigns.
Loyalty tiers are calculated based on your cumulative spend and engagement with the platform. Terms may vary by tier and will be clearly communicated to qualifying members.
Misuse of Promotions
We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any promotional offer if we suspect abuse, such as creation of multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, resale or bulk buying, breach of Hushday’s Terms of Service.

Payment
At Hushday, we offer secure and seamless payment options—powered by trusted provider Paymob—to ensure a smooth and trusted checkout experience for our members.
When you place an Order using a payment card that only processes payments in a currency other than the currency that applies to your Order at checkout, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is processed. You bank or card issuer may also charge other fees for processing the payment. We currently accept the following payment methods for Orders placed on the Hushday Website:

- Tabby
- Tamara
All payments are processed at the time of Order placement, and on Orders up to AED 30,000, subject to item eligibility.
Currency and Exchange Rates
Orders are billed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.
If you are using a payment card or method issued in a different currency, your payment may be subject to exchange rates applied by your bank or card issuer at the time of processing and international transaction or conversion fees imposed by your financial institution.
Hushday is not responsible for any charges, fees, or conversion rates applied by your card issuer or bank.
Authorization and Security
By entering your payment details, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method and all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
Hushday reserves the right to decline or cancel any Order if the payment method cannot be verified; there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or unauthorized use; irregularities or discrepancies are detected during payment processing.
No liability shall be held by Hushday in such instances.
If you are eligible to use store credit, or receive member-specific rewards or promotional credit, such options will be clearly presented at checkout and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Payments in Instalments
To provide added flexibility and convenience to our members, Hushday offers Buy Now, Pay Later options through trusted third-party providers. These installment-based payment solutions are available at checkout for qualifying Orders.
We currently partner with the following approved third-party payment processors (“Delayed Payment Providers”):
