Sales typically last for five days or until all items are out of stock.

Hushday is an exclusive, members-only fashion community. To join, you’ll need a referral code from an existing member. If you don’t have one, you can:
– Ask a friend who is already a member.
– Follow us on Instagram for surprises, raffles, and chances to receive a code.
– Join our waiting list, and our team will review your application.

If you already have a referral code, simply sign up on the login page and enter your code in the “referral code” section to unlock access to our exclusive collections.

As a Hushday member, you’ll enjoy:
– Exclusive access to members-only collections.
– Discounts up to 80% off on luxury brands.
– A premium shopping experience.

Yes! There are no membership fees. However, access is limited to those with a referral code or an approved application from the waiting list.

Orders

Can I modify my order ?

Currently, orders cannot be modified. However, you can cancel your order within 48 hours and place a new one.

Yes, orders can be canceled within 48 hours of receiving them. To cancel:
1. Go to “My Orders” in your account.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to cancel.
Refunds can be issued as:
A transfer to your original payment method.
Store credit for future purchases on Hushday.

In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or damaged item, please follow these steps to request a return:
1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders” → “Request a Return”.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose “Damaged Item” as the reason.
3. Choose a preferred pick-up date and time.
4. Confirm your pick-up address.
5. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us through email at [email protected] (Include your order number and the missing item’s details).
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 days.
If you no longer want the missing item or it is out of stock, you will be refund.

Payments and refunds

What payment methods are accepted on Hushday?

We currently accept:
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Tabby, Tamara.

Yes! You can split your payment into instalments using Tabby or Tamara.

The time will depend on the method you choose.
Store Credit → Instantly available in your profile.
Bank Transfer → Refunds to your original payment method will reflect within 10 to 15 days, depending on your bank.

Yes! Store credit can be used on all items available on Hushday.

Store credit and voucher codes are valid for 1 year.

If your promo code isn’t working, please check the following:
Terms & Conditions – Ensure the code hasn’t expired and that your order meets the promo’s criteria.
Usage Limits – Some codes are for single use only.
Combining Offers – Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

No, only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise specified.

Shipping & Returns

I missed my delivery. How can I get my order reshipped?

Our delivery service makes two attempts to deliver your order. If you miss both attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us at [email protected].

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a change of address by contacting us at [email protected] with your order number.
If you already received a whatsapp message from the delivery person, you should conctact him directly once they are assigned to you.

You can track your order in two ways:
Log in to your account and go to “My Orders” → “Track Orders” to see real-time updates.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a Whatsapp message from our delivery partner with tracking details and the option to contact the delivery agent.

Yes! If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To schedule a return:
1. Go to “My Orders” → “Request a Return” in your profile.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason.
3. Choose a pick-up date and time.
4. Confirm your pick-up address.
5. Securely pack the items in the original packaging.
Please note: Some items cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, bathing suits, cosmetics, and beauty products.

Most items can be returned as long as they are unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, within 14 days. However, the following items cannot be returned:
– Underwear & lingerie
– Bathing suits
– Cosmetics & beauty products
Before placing an order, you can check the “Delivery & Returns” section on the product page to see if the item is eligible for returns.

Because our sales are exclusive and limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges for a different size, color, or item of the same brand. However, you can return your item for store credit and use it on a future purchase from a different brand in our upcoming sales.

You can find all your previous orders in your profile under “Orders” → “Order History”.

Is my personal and payment information secure on Hushday?

Yes! At Hushday, we prioritize your privacy and security.
We use advanced encryption technology and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information.
All transactions are processed through trusted providers, and we never store your payment details.

Our team is working on bringing you a seamless shopping experience through our mobile app.

Referral and Loyalty Program

How can I get a referral code?

To join Hushday, you’ll need a referral code from a friend who is already a member.
If you don’t have one, you can request a code via our login page by clicking on “Ask for a referral code” or join  the waiting list.

As a Hushday member, you receive 5 referral codes per month to share with friends.
You can send your unique referral code directly from the Referral section in your profile via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or a direct link.
Your friend must register using the referral code to complete the invitation.

A real Husher shares the secret so his friends can enjoy premium brands at exclusive prices, share products with them and make our community grow. Everytime you refer a friend, you will receive 10% off on your next order and your friend will receive 10% of welcome credit. After the 5th friend refered, you get 25% on your next order. 

Once you have referred a friend, they must complete their first purchase before your referral code is activated. When it is done you will receive your promo code by email, so check your mailbox 😉

If you don’t have a referral code, you can:
– Join our waiting list – Our team will review your application and reach out to you with a code.
– Follow us on social media

– Participate in raffles and exclusive giveaways for a chance to receive a referral code.

Referral codes have a maximum number of uses and an expiry date. Reach out to us at [email protected] to verify the validity of your referral code.

Any active vouchers will appear in your profile and will also be available at checkout, where you can select them for use.
